Student Awards: celebrate with an interactive livestream on 5 May
The Student Awards 2021 will be free for all Sussex students, taking place online from 7pm on Wednesday 5 May. Let’s take an evening to celebrate the amazing things you have achieved!
The Student’s Union has been working hard to create an evening of fun and glamour while remaining in government guidelines. They are partnering up with Native to live-stream you the awards ceremony. This all-inclusive interactive show will allow you to take part in competitions (like best dressed), send in photos of how you’re celebrating and hear from nominees and winners located all over the world.
You’ll be able to stream the event from any device, so you can also organise to watch in groups in a ‘watch party’ style if you prefer.
They are also looking for videos and photos to feature during the night, showing your activities and what you’ve been up to this year. If your student group has footage to send in, please email it in a downloadable format to events@sussexstudent.com.
