Are you sticking to your New Year's resolutions? Whether you're trying out Veganuary, embracing Dry January, or starting a new mental or physical health routine, this interactive session will reveal how your choices are shaping your body.
Join us for The Anatomy of Your New Year Resolutions, a unique public engagement event hosted by Professor Claire Smith and her expert team at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. Explore stations dedicated to the brain, heart and lungs, digestive tract and muscular system, and learn how lifestyle changes impact your body now and in the future.

Time: 12:30-2pm for students, 2:30-4pm for staff
? Location: Brighton and Sussex Medical School (Anatomy Laboratory)
? Audience: university students and staff (sessions tailored to each group – please select the relevant option on the event registration page below).
This session, held under the Human Tissue Authority Public Display Licence, uses donated human tissue and body parts to deepen understanding. Participants must be 16+ and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment. Please note that your uni ID will also be required.
