Go to Stanmer Court’s 24-hour reception to get your keys.
The address is Falmer, BN1 9PU. When you arrive, press 'P' on the gate near the bus stop and the porter will open the gate for you. The bus stop and train station are close by, within walking distance.

If you’re living off campus
- Caburn House and Lewes Study Lodge
Caburn House is located in Lewes town centre, part of our partner Sussex Downs College.
The address is 1 Mountfield Road, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 2XH.
It is six minutes by direct train from Lewes to the University’s train station at Falmer. The residence is a five-minute walk from Lewes Station. To collect your keys, go directly to Caburn House. You must bring your offer letter along with some ID to confirm that you have a booking through the University. It would be helpful if you could let us know your expected arrival time by emailing housing@sussex.ac.uk. Then we can let the Caburn team know when to expect you.
Lewes Study Lodge is behind the White Hart Hotel, 55 High Street, Lewes, BN7 1XE.
Collect your keys directly from the hotel reception (open at all times). Bring your offer letter along with some ID to confirm that you have a booking with the University. Contact Housing Services if you have any questions about this residence.
- Kings Road, Victoria Road, Windlesham Road, York Avenue, Florence Road, Clifton Road, Ewhurst Road
To collect your keys for your off campus room, go to Kings Road Residence reception at 51-53 Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 1NA.
Over Welcome Weekend the reception at Kings Road will be open 24 hours a day.
During the welcome week the reception at Kings Road will be open 24 hours a day, except from 5pm to 8pm.
After the welcome week opening hours will return to the normal term time hours, which are 8pm to 12 midday the next day (closed from 12 midday to 8pm.)
All other weekends apart from the welcome weekend, the reception is closed during the day and only open during the night from 8pm to 8am the next day.

Our accommodation falls into two categories – on campus and off campus. Check if you’re living in:

- off-campus accommodation, which includes properties in Brighton, Hove and Lewes.
