How to collect your keys

Find out where to pick up your keys for your accommodation and when you can do this.

Documents to show

To get your room key, you will need to show a copy of your housing offer letter either by printing it out or by showing it on your phone.

If you’re arriving by car, before you arrive we ask you to download and print out a car window sheet to put on your dashboard. This helps us direct you around campus.

Download your car parking sheet as a PDF from your residence option below. Write your vehicle registration number, mobile phone number and key collection time on the print-out so we can contact you if necessary.

If you’re living on campus

If you’re living off campus

Our off-campus properties are: Kings Road, Victoria Road, Windlesham Road, York Avenue, Florence Road, Clifton Road and Ewhurst Road.

To collect your keys for your off-campus room, go to Kings Road Residence reception at 51-53 Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 1NA. See a map of Kings Road Flats [PDF 530KB].

If you’re arriving late

If you’re staying in Stanmer Court, York House or East Slope Residences, these receptions are open 24 hours and University staff can help you with questions.
