The Sussex Digital Humanities Lab Research Forum is a dynamic space for sharing ideas, finding collaborators, testing new concepts, and building future research opportunities. Whether you're developing a project, preparing a funding bid, or exploring an emerging idea, the forum offers a supportive environment for discussion and feedback.
At each session, three or more speakers will showcase research at different stages:
- Work in Progress: share updates on current projects, discuss challenges, and celebrate discoveries.
- Funding and Bid Development: present developing grant applications and gain constructive feedback from an engaged research community.
- New Ideas and Future Directions: bring your early-stage concepts, explore potential collaborations, and help shape the next generation of digital humanities research.
Who should attend?
The forum is open to all Sussex researchers, from doctoral researchers and early career academics to established scholars. We particularly encourage research students to attend, present, and connect with colleagues from across disciplines.
