Current email issues affecting SEF services

As a result of ongoing upgrades to IT infrastructure, the Sussex Estates and Facilities (SEF) email service has been down since Tuesday 26 October and no SEF staff have received any emails since that date.
Work is taking place to rectify this – and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. If your matter is urgent please contact Service Centre on x7777 and Security on x3333.
SEF is a partnership between the University of Sussex and Mitie, that provides facilities management services to the University - including cleaning, maintenance, transport and security.
The IT upgrade means that previous SEF email addresses have now changed to the following new Mitie format: Firstname.surname@mitie.com
