By: Naomi Harris
Last updated: Thursday, 31 October 2024
Days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder. It is important for you to focus on your wellbeing by providing yourself with self-care. This can include: getting active, getting natural light when you can and spending time with loved ones: find more information here.
The Student Wellbeing team now has a canvas site. Click here to self-enrol. You can find a digital version of this update with a full list of support available to you on the wellbeing canvas site.
