Temporary changes to IT Service Desk opening hours

Due to current staffing levels, we have made some temporary changes to the opening hours of the IT Service Desk. These changes will ensure the wellbeing of Service Desk colleagues while ensuring that we continue to deliver a consistent service.
Revised support hours
- Front Desk (In-person support):
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Phone support:
- General enquiries: 01273 678090
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- AV Support: 01273 678022
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- IT Services Support Portal (ticket system):
- Available 24/7.
- Raise tickets anytime through the IT Support Portal.
These temporary changes will remain in place until Friday, 11 April 2025, the end of the current teaching period. Arrangements will be reviewed after this date, with the aim of returning to normal service hours as staffing levels improve.
We know these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please continue to use the IT Services Support Portal to raise tickets whenever possible, as it remains available 24/7.
