Following the closure of the Print Unit, a temporary arrangement is in place for ordering new or replacement ID cards and SALTO access cards.
ID cards
To order new or replacement ID cards for staff or students, please continue to use the online request form. If you have any queries about ID cards, please email IDcards@sussex.ac.uk.
You will receive an email from a member of the Logistics team once your new or replacement ID or access card is ready to collect.
ID cards can be collected from the Print Unit reception in Hastings building (access via Estates Road, not main reception), which will be staffed by colleagues from the Logistics team to hand out cards only. Cards can be collected between 10am-12pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
SALTO access cards
To order new or replacement SALTO access cards for staff or students, please follow the instructions on the Portering and Logistics webpage. If you have any queries about access cards, please email accesscards@sussex.ac.uk.
Access cards will be delivered to your designated School Office the day after your request is received.
Access cards for visitors and contractors need to be collected in person from Jubilee 34 between 8am-10am and 1pm-3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email once your access card is ready to collect.
Please note that these are interim arrangements. More information about how you can order ID and access cards in future will be shared over the coming weeks.
