University of Sussex Business School ranked among the UK’s top universities for Economics and Business

The University of Sussex Business School has been ranked 14th in the UK for economics and business by subject score in the 2025/26 US News & World Report Best Global Universities Rankings. The ranking reflects the School’s performance in research and its reputation among academics.
The rankings, which evaluated over 2,500 institutions worldwide and 96 across the UK, are based on a comprehensive set of metrics. These include research performance, academic reputation, and ratings from scholars across Europe and beyond.
Within the UK, the University of Sussex secured the 25th position overall, underscoring its strong national standing.
