Build your own breakfast bowl
Your breakfast is fully customisable. Build your perfect bowl with a choice of delicious toppings, including fresh fruit, seeds, peanut butter and more.
When and where
- Dates: Monday 5 to Friday 16 January 2026 (or until stocks run out!)
- Time: 8am to 11am
- Where: Eat Central
There are 1,000 free breakfasts available, so make sure you grab one while they last - and don’t forget to bring your Sussex Student ID to redeem your bowl.
