Singaporean laksa from The Veg Bowl
Sussex Uni Food are on hand to welcome you back to campus with an amazing selection of free food and drink samples during Refreshers week!
From Monday 26 January we’re offering something special every day, from delicious Argentinian empanadas to Singaporean Laksa and mini pizzas.
What’s on:
Monday 26 January
Malo Empanadas launch - for the first time ever, we'll be offering Malo Empanadas at Doctors Orders Café, so head over to try free samples of these authentic Argentinian pastries.
Lucozade samples - Lucozade will be visiting Eat Central, handing out refreshing energy drinks.
Tuesday 27 January
Smoothie samples - Doctors Orders Café (the only place on campus serving fresh fruit smoothies) will be offering smoothie shots to help you start the year on the right foot.
Wednesday 28 January
Tenzing samples - visit The Veg Bowl to try free samples of Tenzing’s 100% plant-based, no-junk energy drinks.
Thursday 29 January
Laksa tasting - The Veg Bowl will be serving comforting, nourishing bowls of Singaporean laksa, a spicy, warming broth perfect for winter.
Friday 30 January
Mini pizza samples - swing by the Library Café for mini pizzas to fuel your return to study mode.
All samples are available on a first come, first served basis, with limited portions available each day, so don’t leave it too late!
