You asked, we listened
Over on Instagram (@sussexunifood) we asked which cuisines you’d most like to see as part of the Student Takeover. 159 of you voted and Thai came out on top with 53 votes.
So, for our second Student Food Takeover this year, we worked with our executive chef team to come up with three amazing recipes with something for everyone!
The Student Food Takeover is a yearly collaboration between Sussex Uni Food and Sussex students, where we cook up subsidised dishes from around the world, inspired by our students’ love of their country’s cuisine.
Whether you’re celebrating Songkran (Thai New Year), or just love Thai food, make sure you don’t miss out. Get down to Eat Central from 12pm on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 April – dishes will be available for as long as stocks last.
