Congratulations to the winners of this year’s National Student Survey (NSS) prize draw. All final-year students who completed the survey online were automatically entered into a draw to win one of 10 graduation packages worth £150. Each package covers the cost of gown hire, two guest tickets and a basic photography package for graduation.
Ipsos, which runs the NSS on behalf of the Office for Students, selected the winners at random last month and they have now been contacted with details on how to claim their prize.
Some of this year’s winners include:
-
Isabelle Wornell, BA History and International Relations
-
Sofia Augsburger-Salmen, BSc Marketing and Management with Psychology
-
Jessica Weeks, BSc Economics and Finance
-
Grace Lipki, LLB Law
-
Jasper Wang, Strategy and Marketing in the Business School
This year, Sussex exceeded its NSS response rate target of 74 per cent, achieving an overall response rate of 80per cent. Thank you to every final-year student who took part in the survey and helped make the campaign such a success.
As part of the campaign, the University has also donated £1 to charity for every Sussex student who completed the survey, with the money going to Surfers Against Sewage, Rocking Horse Children’s Foundation, UNICEF and Student Minds. And remember, if you complete the survey to claim 5 points from the SoSA award.
