Low Mood Group- Four Week In-person Course

University of Sussex Campus : A confidential room in the Student Centre.
We are excited to invite you to a free, four-week in-person wellbeing course for students experiencing symptoms of depression or low mood.
This group is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Within each session you will learn practical tools and techniques to help you to manage your mood. Topics will include making behavioural changes, reducing avoidance, recognising unhelpful thinking styles, thought challenging, sleep, diet, exercise and relaxation.
Each session will be around 90 minutes with breaks in between!
You must attend all sessions with the first session taking place on Wednesday, 5th February (2-4pm). The following sessions will take place on:
Wednesday, 12th February, 2-4pm
Wednesday, 19th February, 2-4pm
Wednesday, 26th February, 2-4pm
