Join us for an immersive sustainable food event, where lunch, conversation, policy, and practice meet around the table. Together, we’ll explore how food is grown, sourced, served, and enjoyed on campus, and how it can become a powerful driver of positive change.
With Katerina Psarikidou and the Sustainability Team, you’ll be guided on a journey through a sustainable lunch, using food as a starting point to spark discussion about climate impact, biodiversity, wellbeing, affordability, and fairness across Sussex’s food system. We'll be shaping future university food policy and make meaningful change together.
