Take part in the Student Barometer

Share your views about your time at Sussex so we can see what’s going well and make improvements. The 2019 survey is closed – thanks for taking part.

About the Student Barometer

If you’re an undergraduate (but not a finalist) or a postgraduate student, you can fill in the Student Barometer survey.

It’s a way to let us know how you are finding your time at Sussex, so we can understand what’s working and make improvements for you and future students.

The Student Barometer is run by the survey provider, i-graduate, on behalf of the University.

Important: If you’re an undergraduate student in your last year, you’ll be invited to complete the National Student Survey instead.

How to take part

You should receive an email from i-graduate on behalf of the University when the survey launches, plus reminders if you have not yet taken part.

Why take part?

Your views really matter. There are already major developments underway based on student feedback. These include:

  • improved lecture capture technology
  • refurbished Library spaces
  • a new Student Centre.

This is your University and it’s important you get to have your say.

We’re doing this because we want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to make your time at Sussex as good as it can be.

Your data

You won’t be personally identifiable in the survey data, which will only be shared with the University of Sussex. Your data will be protected at all times.
