Graduation support application form
If your application is successful, the financial support will cover the cost of two guest tickets, gown hire and a basic photography package.
Funds for graduation support are limited, and we’re not able to approve all applications.
Important: If you have any outstanding University debt you are not eligible for graduation support.
Receiving the graduation support fund payment
We’ll aim to process your application within 20 working days of receiving your application and all supporting documents.
If your application is approved, the support can be claimed through our partners at Ede and Ravenscroft. To be eligible for the gown and essential photography package, please enter the code you have been given in your award notification. You can find out more about gowning and photography here.

For your two free guest tickets, please email graduation@sussex.ac.uk directly, quoting your special code given in your award notification, and they will issue your tickets directly to you.
