Overview
Welcome Week takes place between Monday 21 and Friday 25 September 2026 and there are many activities you can attend. These are split into academic welcome events that are specific for your School and general Welcome Week activities happening across the university, helping you settle in and make friends.
Welcome Celebration Day – Friday 25 September
Get ready for a day of celebration as we welcome you to Sussex in style. You can meet with staff and fellow students and enjoy performances, musicians and even a few animals across campus. There will be a special welcome for new University of Sussex Business School students at 3pm in Jubilee Lecture Theatre.
