The Brighton Marathon, BM10kand Brighton Ride events take place from 17-19 April. As well as brave race participants willing to go the distance, we also need volunteers to help us fundraise for mental health research at Sussex and raise awareness in our local community.
Sussex will have two cheering points near the start and finish where volunteers will be able to cheer on our runners.
Roughly one in four of us in the UK experience a mental health problem each year. With your help, Sussex can work to address this emergency.
Each week we'll speak to someone at Sussex who is helping move research forward in this important field.
