If you are a final-year student, the end of your course will trigger the start of your IT account closedown.
After you complete your studies with the University of Sussex, students retain access to some systems for a period of 14 months from the end date of your course, however you will lose access to other systems due to licensing restrictions, so you will need to prepare for this.
