It’s that time of year when students start thinking about accommodation for next academic
year, and you may be starting to look at different housing options available to you.
Did you know that current students can continue to live on campus after their first year?
There are lots of benefits to living on campus, including:
- No requirement to pay a deposit or have a guarantor.
- Cheaper living costs, with bills, heating, water and electric all included and
- No unexpected price increases for the duration of your tenancy.
- Communal areas are cleaned for you once a week
- Quicker and easier to get to lectures and seminars, plus you’re living at the heart of campus
life and events - You’ll spend less money on travel to university.
Groups of up to eight students can also apply to live together on campus, so you can still live with your friends, just as you would in the private sector.
If you are a final year student, you can apply to live with other final year students, so you can get that all important study time sorted.
Applications to live on campus next academic year are now open. Find out more and apply.
