Abandoned bike tagging begins this week
The Estates team will begin identifying and tagging bicycles that appear abandoned this week, to ensure our bike racks are clear and available to use for staff, students and visitors.
If your bike is tagged and it is not abandoned, simply remove the tag and the bike will not be removed. Bicycles that are still tagged after Friday 10 July will be removed.
Car parks, roads, and closures
Four disabled parking bays between the Student Centre and Swanborough are closed to undertake essential electrical maintenance works in the area. Four alternative bays in the same area are open as normal.
The IDS car park will be closed from Thursday 4 June to Friday 10 July due to essential maintenance works in the area. Alternative spaces for IDS staff will be available in the P7 Jubilee multi-storey car park.
Tree maintenance works are taking place on campus in June. Please be aware there may be some brief one-lane closures on campus roads to access trees due for maintenance.
50 spaces will be reserved on the upper floors of the P7 Jubilee multi-storey car park for an event on Thursday 4 June.
