Develop your own inclusive leadership skills. Take part in an experiential three half-day programme from Common Purpose.
What’s on offer
Frontrunner, delivered by Common Purpose, is an opportunity for you to explore what it means to cross boundaries and thrive in multiple cultures. The programme takes place across three half-days on campus, each involving up to five hours of engagement. During this time, you will participate in a combination of full-group sessions and small breakout sessions, where you build connections with industry leaders and your peers.
Hear from, and engage with, leaders from a range of backgrounds, virtually go behind the scenes of organisations across different sectors, develop solutions to real-life organisational challenges and prepare yourself for life after graduation.
Why you should take part
During the programme, you will engage with diverse leaders from organisations, which previously included:
- Amnesty International UK
- Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
- Social Media Makes Sense
- Skills Builder Partnership
- TikTok.
You will explore organisational challenges, such as:
- increasing public trust in banks
- improving educational standards
- engaging young people in the arts
- developing a small charity into a global brand
- tackling homelessness.
When it happens
The programme will take place in the Student Centre on campus over three half-days from 7-9 February 2023, between 1pm-6pm each day.
