Support your wellbeing and find answers to frequently asked questions using our My Sussex portal.
About My Sussex
My Sussex is a help tool designed to offer you additional support throughout your time studying with us.
The My Sussex portal is only available to current registered students. Our staff will use My Sussex to manage enquiries for a range of prospective and applicant students but the portal is only available once you have registered.
It will:
- help you find answers to all sorts of questions (including personal or academic queries)
- help you find advice or support services to improve your wellbeing
- make it easier to access the help you need, whether that’s general advice or a referral for specific support service
- enable you to book on to events and see your appointments with support staff.
The portal, which brings together key areas in one platform, will put useful information at your fingertips and will make it easier to find what you need.
Important: My Sussex is not an emergency service – it is not staffed outside of working hours and cannot provide immediate support in an emergency. Check who to contact if you need urgent help.
How to access My Sussex
Anyone can use My Sussex to view FAQs and upcoming events. Log in using your usual Sussex username and password to ask for help or book events.
