Following the latest updates from the University about the campus response to Coronavirus, we wanted to let you know what Sussexsport is doing to protect the welfare of our users.
From 6pm on Friday 20 March 2020, we will be closing the Sport Centre and Falmer Sports Complex.
This was a difficult decision to make, but following government advice on social distancing we believe that this is the most responsible thing to do for our users and staff team. The health of our users is of the upmost importance to us.
What does closure of Sussexsport mean?
We understand that our members and users may have lots of questions. Please read through the Frequently Asked Questions below, as we hope you will find the answers you need.
If you require further assistance we are still around to answer queries from Monday-Friday during office hours. Please email us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that this may take a little longer than usual given the current circumstances.
We aim to provide regular service updates on our webpages and social media channels.
We’re hoping to produce some online content to help keep you active during this challenging time. So even though you can’t be with us in person, our fantastic Sussexsport team will still be able to keep you motivated from afar!
This will be coming soon, so please look out for updates.
