Low mood group
This group is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Within each session you will learn practical tools and techniques to help you manage your mood. Topics include: making behavioural changes, reducing avoidance, recognising unhelpful thinking styles, thought challenging, sleep, diet, exercise and relaxation.
