Stress Control group
Stress Control is a four session class that combines cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology and wellbeing to help you tackle the common mental health problems related to stress: anxiety, depression, panic, and poor sleep.
It is online course where you are able to stay anonyous, with no expectations to participate - although it is encouraged. It will be approximately 90 minutes every Wednesday at 2pm until 3:30pm.
