We are looking to expand the use of Open Access (OA) and Open Educational Resources, which provide equitable, academic materials that are open for all. They can be alternatives to eTextbooks and eBooks, and they’re a great way to support accessible, flexible, and open learning.
We’re running a focus group to gather feedback from PGT/Masters students on:
- What you know about OERs
- How useful and valuable you find Open Access resources
- Whether OERs could work as an accessible alternative to your current academic eBooks or eTextbooks
- What matters most to you when choosing what to read for your studies
The focus group will be held on Friday 30th January at 11am in the Library. Refreshments will be provided and you can earn Sprit of Sussex points for contributing!
If you’d like to join, please email I.Constable@sussex.ac.uk
